Adapter screw for driver

    Hi TT'ers:

    The head of my driver (910D2) was rattling and had come loose when playing yesterday. I gave it a little turn to try and put it back and the screw to hold it snapped in half. I have the 2 washers to hold it , the adapter, shaft and clubhead look fine (compared to my 3 wood). Is it possible to just get a new screw? I took it into the pro shop and they were not sure either.
