Well well well...

Certainly did not predict that one did we ?

One has to admit that Martin played some great golf on a tough course layout !

He showed what course management can accomplish. I found it interesting to see him putting from off the green so many times like they do over the pond. When I played at #2 my caddie kept handing me my putter when I was 10 or 20 feet off the green. I thought it was because he saw me chipping, but obviously there was more to it than that.

Now we get to watch the LPGA on the same track !!!

I guess it is too late to pick Kaymer for the W?  LOL!!!!     It would have been great to see Phil battling down the stretch, but I was hoping someone, anyone, would mount a challenge.

And, good luck to you in September.  If I understood correctly, they're closing the course after the Women's US Open.  Should be an interesting challenge when they re-open it in September.  I love the restoration.  Looks stunning.
