I was just wondering if anyone can direct me on this.. i seem to having to aim really far left and have the ball turn over quite a bit lately, i strike the ball fairly well, but divots are deeper, not chunked, just deeper.  It seems like i am coming in steep.  I do tend to play my more weight on my left foot for 7-sw.  and will admit play with a fairly closed club face, as i am aiming  left the 5-10 yard draw comes out which i am ok with, it just feels like something is wrong when i have to aim so far left that people are like

"we did not know what ur target was, then u hit that draw right on the green"...  while the result is good it tells me something is not right in my swing.. as for the club face it just does not feel natural in my hands when i try to leave it open.

any thoughts would be appreciated, as i played like junk over the weekend and was really frustrated..

again,  deeper divots, aiming far left to get turnover, closed clubface.

    thanks

I'm sorry I have read this several times and seem to get lost.

Are you left handed? If so you should not be leaving your weight on the left foot for any club.

One mistake you are making is that you are listening to what others say, DON'T DO THAT.

There are people out there that don't play the course, they don't care how well they do, all they care about is that they can make you play worse. The way to do that is to get you thinking about your swing. And there are those that just don't know any better.

It doesn't matter how you hit the ball, it doesn't matter what your swing looks like, consistency is all that really matters.

You're worried about how your body is aligned, look at Lee Trevino, Bubba Watson, it doesn't matter.

Keith, Try rotating your body sooner and possibly faster. The lack of rotation in your can lead to deep divots. Good luck, Kevin
