    I’ve read that the Tour Speed has a urethane cover, but it looks different from the ProV1? It looks whiter

    The Tour Speed has a Thermoplastic Urethane Cover and the Pro Vs have a Cast Urethane Elastomer Cover. My guess is that's why the Tour Speed looks whiter.
