so I ordered 2 dozen personalized ProV1's. The box came a week later and there was a "slight blemish in the customized portion". I was Ok with it...
Titleist emailed me they noticed the blemish and wanted to send two more corrected dozen balls out ASAP and keep the original 2 dozen!
Running a business myself...do not see this type of customer service these days.
