Hey TT, hoping to get some feedback from players at my level. Currently play off plus 1, and have l played with ProV1x's all my golfing life! I have seen the ProV1x left dash or -ProV1x gets good write up. I hit a natural high ball flight and always preferred the ProV1x over the ProV1 itself. I am hoping to see if I can reduce the spin on the ball like the left dash is suggested to do. Anyone made the change or stucknit out for long enough to notice a change? Let me know your thoughts.

I’m at a 10, been playing the left dash about a year and a half and have played Pro V1x for since 2012 or so.

I love the left dash and will keep playing them as long as Titleist keeps making them. They really help me off the tee with the lower spin. I don’t notice that much of a difference, they drop and stop pretty much the same for me. Give them a try, even if it’s just a sleeve.
  3. Handicap is at 2, and I've played and shot under par this year with both the X and Left Dash. The Left Dash is lower spin for me off the driver and the longest carry + roll. The X carries farther for me but does not have close to the roll out as the Left Dash. On full iron shots, distance is the same but the Left Dash does roll out more. Around the greens and putting they are also close in performance. The Left Dash does have more of a "click" sound when putting.

I did do a ball fitting with Titleist rep and he recommended I use the X. His thinking was I would give up some distance on my drives (not enough to hurt) but I would hit my irons closer to the pin with more spin from the X.
  4. I play to a 7, and I switched to the Pro V1 last year after playing the X for years previous. I have also tried the Left dash and the AVX. For me, Infind the ProV1 goes further and stops better.
