Kevin, they only send test balls and the frequency depends on the ball type. Not as much testing with the middle and lower product lines so most test sleeves go out every two years. The best way to test the gear is to attend one of the major Titleist events like the annual Team Titleist Invitational. They usually have some pre or early release equipment that we are allowed to see/hit during those events. Hope this helps explain the process.
