The RCT is unlikely to be a sale item. I'm not aware that stores stock it, only being available on direct order.

The likely official release date of the 2025 version will be in 2025 (late January?). Titleist doesn't usually discount prior to the next release. For balls, Titleist reps usually clear out prior releases at pro shops, so the shop doesn't have incentive to narrow their margin any further. There will be retailers that may acquire prior release inventory and the price would drop with the 2025 release date.
