Just curious as to the turnaround time for custom order (thru a local golf shop like Golfsmith), for upgraded shafts (project x), lie, and upgraded grips? Thanks!

Depending upon the specs that you order the clubs to, we are running an "in-house" lead time of roughly 3-4 days.

I heard the lead time for custom orders with the new PXi shaft is a few weeks, is this right?

It depends on what flex you are looking for. An order with 5.5 flex will ship 4/26 and an order with 6.0/6.5 will ship 4/13.

just placed the order for my very first set of Titleist irons, 712 MB with PXi 5.5 soft stepped and blue Decade Multi Compounds.
All I could think about was whether I wanted them soft stepped or not the 2 past week, I can finally move on with my life.

Ordered AP2s March 23 with upgraded shafts, adjusted lie and length, and upgraded grips, and had them in my bag April 2. Real quick also considering the shipping from CA to OH.
Been out everyday since Monday, couldn't be more happier. Perfect.
