Anyone have any idea where I can find a Knit Headcover for my new 917D3 Driver? While the leather one that comes with it is nice, I hate trying to pull it off. I'm a big fan of the knit ones. I just came back from Orlando and searched high and low in the PGA store and multiple pro shops.

  2. Do you mean the Titleist Knit Cover? Or any knit cover??

You may be able to find a Titleist knit cover at a golf shop that has last year's inventory. Otherwise, you may want to order from someone online. There are several good choices. I would add the websites, but I don't think we are permitted to promote other websites.

Recommend that you check Amazon or eBay for the Titleist knit head covers. I have the Driver and three metal head covers and they are sweet. The Titleist leather head covers that come in black or white are really nice also. I have one of those for one of my hybrids. Very cool.

I use generic knit head covers. It helps hide the clubs from golf partners who would see it and want to borrow my club on the tee.

My playing partners know better than to even think about asking it hit my custom C-16 driver!

  8. I bought a set for my cousin and the first time he used it it wouldn't stay on th club. Looking at the inside it seemed the top had way too much yarn/ fabric from the Pom Pom and the club wouldn't go all the way on. it also didn't snug up after the club was in it so walking down the fairway it kept working itself off. I was actually going to call Team Titleist and see if they were having problems with them or had some quality issues on a few. I also own a few sets of Jan Craig knits and even with 8 inch Poms on them they hold on the club when on better than the Titleist one .
