Golf Galaxy Special Order

    I recently made a special order for a single club through a Golf Galaxy store that placed the order for me through Titleist. They told me that there was not any way for them to track my order, and that I should reach out to Titleist directly. Is there any way for me to do that through the forum here? Any help would be appreaciated

    Try the Customer Service link at the bottom right of the page. Strange that they would tell you they cant help. Normal correspondence with Titleist is through authorized dealers only, no direct contact from the public on standard orders. I would ask for the Golf Galaxy store manager.

    The retailer can very easily look at the status of your order. I suspect that Golf Galaxy uses a central ordering office. All the stores call into one main office and that office compiles the orders and then places them. This can make it more difficult to track it down, but they should be able to do it.

    They told you that because they were just too lazy to trace it for you.

    Golf Galaxy is still around lol the PGA superstore had to put a dent in their sales
