I'm with you Speedy....can't wait to try out the new TS line and see which fits my swing best. I also agree about the TS2 going back to the previous weight system, but for those that like the new weight system there is still the TS3.

I am looking forward to my fitting. From what I have been hearing the new TS line is the real deal.

Couldn't agree more Speedy. I can't wait to get one of these bad boys in my hands. Hopefully they'll have a TT fitting event similar to last years when they launched AP3's and the new Hybrids.

Yeah, those drivers are looking good! I can't wait to try them both- I haven't thought of it much about the weights.

When will the hybrids be on the market? Looking for 1 or 2 hybrids. To replace my 3 iron and 4 wood.

If typical release patterns continue, hybrids will release in 2019. They release on the same cycle as the irons.

I know my opinion will not pass the review, but if you want an honest point of view here it is. I own 718 Cb's, one of the major reasons I bought them was because they would not have to be altered from standard specs. I know the research was done & the percentage of shaft length & lie angle was done. Irons are perfect fit & perform well. I own 917 F-2 15 degree 3 wood also. I made a mistake ordering. Standard default lie angle is 56.5 degrees. 58 degrees is the most upright lie, which also changes face angle, shaft length, & swingweight. The club feel & performance changed with the highest lie angle change. Almost all other brands of fairway woods are at least 58-59 degrees, standard. I hope they design the TS line of fairway woods with a standard more upright lie, at least 58 degrees, standard. The design of the 917 f-2 is not the fault. It is the lie. I read many reviews of people having to increase the lie angle to improve strikes. You may have sold a lot 917 fairway woods, but they are the most traded in clubs. There are hundreds of like new 917 F-2's available. I am very sure if this change is made, the new TS line may be extremely successful.

Personally I wish they were out sooner rather than later. I was playing yesterday and heard a cracking noise in the shaft of my 915H 2 Hybrid. Sure enough I can hear the crack down near the hosel and moving up the shaft some. Now comes my dilemma. Do I just replace the shaft, upgrade to the 918 or wait for the TS line? Did I say this was my favorite club in the bag outside of my driver and Scotty?

Your best bet would be to replace it with an 818 hybrid. They are the current hybrid line and are not due to be replaced until the next generation of irons is released.

I hear ya Anthony but that's been their trend for years, late fall release. Sorry to hear about ya 915 hybrid. Maybe you can find a good deal on ebay and that'll last ya until the new clubs are released?

Get an 816 to tide you over till new ones are out. Great clubs and can be found at super good prices right now.

The 915H was replaced within a year with the 816. The hybrids are now on the iron release cycle. You could get a shaft, even possibly buy a used H2 with the same shaft and resell just the head. But the 816/818 heads have closed the slot, so unless you really enjoy cleaning the speed slot during a round, consider upgrading.

Thanks for the responses. I am leaning more toward taking your advice and upgrading to the H2. I am not a fan of cleaning the slot.
