    Can anyone tell me if and how long more will you be able to order the 917 driver. Just had an fitting for an 917 Thanks

    Jerome, if i were you i would put that 917 money towards the TS. Trust me.. It's the real deal and I've been hearing from people it's a BIG improvement over the 917.. Just my 2 cents.

    The new TS Drivers are due to release to the public on September 6th. At this point I am sure that is something that only Titleist sales knows. Maybe until the stock sells out? Both are currently are listed under clubs available on this site. Check on this site under the heading CLUBs after September 6th. I am sure you will get yours.

    Late September from everything I have seen. From a Titleist fitting, thought you could order earlier

    I'm not sure but I'd assume at least 3-4 months after TS release through a Titleist dealer.

    Also if you've been fit for the 917, you'll always be able to find 917 for years to come, maybe not new. But as long as you know your specs you can piece one together through the secondary market.

    I would think you could order one until sometime after the TS model hits the market, but why risk losing out by waiting...order now (unless you prefer to wait and get fit for a TS model).

    I ordered a 917 about a month ago. During the fitting process I was told that they could be ordered until the new model (TS) was released. May also depend if the particular specs you need are available.

    I don't think the TS drivers will be delivered until the first week of October. The street retail price on 917's is about $100-120 from list price, The TS drivers will be full list. If that makes a difference, you should pull the trigger before the official shipping date. Titleist won't be cutting the price more and they don't sell last year's models
