Stuck weight in TS3 fairway wood

    Just received my TS3 fairway wood today and I want to change the weight in it. I’ve taken out the screw but the weight will not come out. Any suggestions?

    Same thing happened to me- I tried using a strong magnet to get it out with no luck.
