    Recently I ordered a new 818H1 hybrid 19* with a Tensi blue shaft. The order was placed through a local pro shop but I have yet to see it arrive. He placed the order Monday October the 15th and today is November the 25th. So it's going on 7 weeks and I was wondering if this is normal? Can't remember ever ordering anything from Titleist that has taken more than 2-3 weeks max. Starting to get a little anxious.

    Have your local pro shop call on get a status update. This will be your best course of action.

    Haven't had an issue with any of my orders. I got a driver, 3 wood, and, hybrid at the end of our season here, and they came ahead of schedule. I'd be a little anxious, too.

    Your pro shop can either or both check on your order with the local field rep or give you the order number. At the bottom of this web page is a Customer Service listing and the first topic is Order Status. Unless one part is on back order, orders are generally filled in 5 business days and the shipping from California would ordinarily be 3-5 business days. I've never had a routine order take as long as 10 business days to WI.

    I am in the UK so deliveries may be different but my experience is so much better

    I was fitted at a Titleist event then ordered a TS2 Driver with a club professional and got it in 5 days
    Since then I have ordered a TS2 Fairway and a 917 Driver for a client after fitting and both were delivered in 5 days
    Your order is not exotic in any way so I cant understand the service or problems you are having

    Thanks guys I have never had this issue either with past orders so I will have to do some detective work I guess.

    I think something is wrong, let your shop call Titleist to see whats wrong.

    Hybrides are 4-6 business days. And your shaft is std stock shaft.

    Goodluck with the chase. Enjoy the hybrid when of comes in.

    Well after 14 weeks I cancelled my order with my pro shop he closes for the winter this week and will not reopen until March. So I guess I will try to find somewhere else over the winter maybe at a Mega retail golf store somewhere.
