    Hello,

    I recently purchased some 718 MB blades off ebay. Seller said they were tour issued heads. They have no serial number. How would I tell if they were counterfeit heads. Ebay seller had nothing but great feedback.

    Titleist does not sell the heads only. They only do completed sets so unless someone pulled out the shafts, these are probably not legit.

    There are custom “prototype “ SC putters and Vokey has custom grinds for pros, but other than what gets customized in the tour vans, I’ve not heard of Titleist having Tour heads. The other clue is if you paid less than the price per MB at retail. They could be counterfeit or somehow “leaked” from a van. The seller should be able to supply the pedigree.
