Do clubs become damaged when you play with them in the cold weather? What I mean by this is, does it damage things that cannot be seen but rather be felt like the life span of a club.

Would love to hear your input and if you have had a experiences good or bad with your game in cold weather\/ thanks

If you are talking about frozen turf, I'd pick everything like coming out of a fairway bunker. I suppose you could break a shaft, but your wrists and elbows likely suffered as much or more damage. No different than hitting off of a concrete cart path or hitting a tree trunk or rock bigger than a golf ball. I did play 9 holes on frozen turf this winter without any apparent harm to the clubs, It was more like playing off of a mat.
