  1. I have a 915 D2 driver and the safe is making creaking snapping sounds, so I'd like to replace it. Do you offer replacement shafts with the tip installed, so I can just bolt my old head to a new shaft? or have any suggestions. Also I'd like to get a heavier and lighter weight then standard for the clubhead, where can I find them?

    Maxwell,

You can usually pick up a replacement shaft reasonably on some of the auction sites. The better choice would be to find a fitter or see your local P.G.A. pro to find out what shaft they recommend.

I've bought the whole club with the shaft I want, (Usually on Ebay or from another brand's preowned division), changed to the shaft I received and then sold whichever head I didn't want with whichever shaft I didn't want. Sometimes it takes time, but it usually turns out to be the cheapest way to get what I want.

I've done what Dennis has done. You can do this with any Titleist driver from the 910 on. You can also order any shaft in the current matrix with the Sure-Fit end from a Titleist authorized dealer, but I don't know that any shaft lists for much under $125-150.
