Haven't played with the driver, but I did just pick up the TS3 fairway wood and am happy to report that setting the weight to the "Draw" position has turned my, uh, let's call it power fade (okay, fine, it's a slice) into straight-as-an-arrow darts.

I've only had my new TS3 out for two range sessions so I can't say this with a lot of history to back it up but it sure seems that having the weight in the Draw setting has brought back my occasional snap hook. During my fitting we moved the weight between the Neutral and Draw setting and ended up leaving it at Draw because the ball flight was better with no snap hooks. However, I'm now considering going to Neutral for my next range session to see if there is any change/improvement. I was thinking my snap hook was totally due to 'operator error' but after seeing yours and Taylor H's post maybe there is something more to it and the weight may be partly contributing to my less than desirable ball flight.

What was your experience when moving the weight?
