    Does anyone know the weight of the standard SureFit CG weights that come with the 818 hybrids? I'm considering buying a full 818H weight kit, which starts with 10gram weights and increases in 2g increments up to 18g, but before I do that I'd like to know what I have already. I believe I want to decrease the weight in my hybrid, so if the weights I already have are 10g or less the weight kit would likely be a total waste of money.

    I think it depends on who you get fitted by, but mine came with the standard 14g weights in my H1.
