My T300 irons arrived last week and hit the range one day and played with them on Friday and really tried to force them for distance using lesser clubs little success. Played with my coach/PGA teaching pro this morning. He met me at the range for a ten minute session before we started this morning. I changed the shaft in my 917f to a Fujikura Motore 6.1 tour this weekend and was having some issues with it also. Another simple fix. Small grip adjustment and we did make a grip change from overlap to interlock, a more powerful grip. The new T300s performed well. Their accuracy is awesome and getting adjusted to the distances. Shot an ugly 79 with one triple and double bogey. Only because I tried to push for extra yardage with the new irons on the last last holes on the front and back nine. Otherwise they did what I expected. Feel that I definitely have a winner with the new T300 irons. That new shaft proved to be what I need with accuracy on that fairway club. Nice high baby cuts. An adventure in paradise today. Hoping for consistency in the 70's. When having problems, see your PGA pro.....they can figure them out in a matter of minutes. He is also the one who put me in this different shaft. =)
