  1. I am using the Vokey wedges and love them. My pitches and approach shots have improved in accuracy. Let me know which irons you recommend. I prefer steel shafts.

You will probably get fit in the T300 (same as old AP1's) but shaft, flex, lie, etc. are all important factors so try to catch a Titleist Thursday near you and get a proper fitting. Might not seem important as a high handicapper but it really does add to the enjoyment and maximizes your potential. Have fun out there.

Golf clubs may have been that simple to recommend 20 years ago. Depending on your ball striking ability, a fitter will likely recommend the T-300 or possible the T-200 and pick the right shaft from the over a dozen no upcharge metal shafts with multiple flex options. Even the tour fitters couldn't just recommend the best combination from a simple conversation. Titleist has a program available in various areas of the country at various times of the year with a wide selection of equipment fit by fitters trained by Titleist at n/c for the fitting. Many pro golf shops will fit a full set of irons at a reduced fee or for n/c with a purchase. Buying a set off the rack at a retailer is the worst option to get the best value from a set of Titleist irons. Custom fit or off the rack, the price per club is essentially the same.
