I have been in the golf industry for over 20 years, the question of offet used to be a common if not daily question, I can't recall hearing that question even once in at least 5 years. Players clubs typically have less, game improvement have more, but nowadays their is a lot more under the hood even on players clubs with cg and tungsten weighting etc. In short, i wouldn't worry about it. If too much offset brings on a hook you can go to a stiffer shaft or flatten your lie angle.

I actually did find the offset numbers. You have the go to the Custom Options/Specs page under the Clubs section. All clubs are listed there, but here are the T100 and T100•S offset specs:
