Thoughts on my Situation?

    Earlier this year I noticed an indent/crease on the top of my TS3 driver. I took it to my local private club and the pro said it did look like a defect and he would take care of it. This was in May 2019... He keeps telling me he is trying to find out whats going on with it from Titleist. Other local pros say he should of replaced it right there for me and also Titleist repairs have been backed up a little but no way should take this long. What should I do? Go to the GM of the club? I am not trying to make a huge stink but its a $500 driver I have not had all summer!

    Titleist customer service is the best in the business. Maybe it's time to give them a call, and they can contact your pro to see what's up. Hopefully it's NOT because he lost it or the like.

    Zero chance it should have taken this long. Had he contacted Titleist immediately you likely should have had a replacement within a couple weeks tops. Have you asked the Pro about it since you took it to him back in May?

    Yes I have text/called the pro about every 3-4 weeks since dropping off the driver. I posted this yesterday and today the club calls me saying the driver is ready to be picked up! I guess that’s what it took haha. It’s a brand new driver head wrapped in plastic on my shaft.

    Yesterday I posted this. Today the club calls me and says it’s ready to be picked up. I guess all it took was the forum haha. I think they just put a new driver head on my shaft. I have no idea if it ever went to Titleist. Happy to get it back finally.

    No way Titleist would ever put up with this. I would get in touch with customer service, like yesterday! Best of luck!
