Good choice.. Love them!! Picked them up in March of this year and gained yards with each club and am more consistent in my approaches. Lowered handicap 3 points this year..

I have 5-pw and I love them. I've been so much straighter on all iron shots. The distance has been a bit hard to get used to as I came from blades.

Yeah I think I'm still struggling with distances. The ap1's are like rockets! Miss hits with blades are a killer, miss hits with these don't punish you.

I didn't dislike the look at address which I thought would be difficult to take.

Last spring I got fitted for the 718 AP2’s and love them, but was looking for more forgiveness in the longer irons. So, I got the 5 and 6 iron in the 718 ap1’s and they feel like I am using a hollow 2x4 when I hit them, felt horrible. Tried them out for most of the year and finally purchased the 5 and 6 in the ap2, so much better feel and accurate.

Still have my zb irons. Hit them great. Will keep them till titleist makes transition clubs, muscle to cavity.

I’ve played AP1’s for a while - 710, 712, 714, all great clubs - but the 718’s are my favorite for sure. 5 iron through 53 degree gap wedge in the set. Long and forgiving - they’re not leaving the bag anytime soon....great choice, enjoy them.

Jim D just got my AP1 718s in December. Living in New England I won't be able to play them until Spring. I'm confiident that I will like them because I had the 714s and loved them. They are nice looking clubs. the only thing I noticed was that many of the irons have very deep undercut cavitys that look like they would be hard to clean. how do you cleans yours. Also dio you like the 53 GW? Mine only came with the 48 GW (I had a 52 GW with my 714s). I'm going back and forth about getting thr 53 AP1 wedge or going with a vokey.

Right before the new Titleist iron release I jumped on a set of AP3's. I was fit for them when they first came out but due to an injury I haven't been able to play. I love the feel and forgiveness. 2 down 1 degree weak! Perfect.
