I bought a 52...56...and 60 degree vokey wedge from dicks sporting goods. After a few months of use there is already rust on the face of the 56 and 60 degree and dicks sporting goods is telling me because they are over a month old I have to go through you guys...what can we do here? The 60 degree looks almost like a crack and I mean for 150 bucks per I imagine they’d last longer than a few rounds.

The rust will add to the spin you get , the milled raw ones they made years ago , rusted a lot and the spin off them was amazing !!

I agree with Richard, the rust is a badge of honor and will help with he spin.

This is very normal for any wedge. The chrome scratches very easily, especially when used in sand. Small rocks in the bunkers will also create some cuts that look like cracks. The rust tells me you play in wet conditions and probably don't use that club often. If you play a lot, the chrome still wears off but the sand and turf will keep the rust off. Putting them back in the garage for a week or two and you will start to see rust again. This is normal. Over time you will see enough wear that you will want to replace them, mainly to get the spin of sharp, new grooves. Look in the bag of any accomplished player who plays a lot. The chrome will be worn off the sweet spot on their irons and the wedges will have the chrome worn off the face and the sole.

I don't see out of the ordinary. The rust and nicks will help spin.
