  1. Using TM RocketBlades that have a fair bit of offset. I need high ball flight for better stopping power and want to upgrade to Titleist irons with less offset. I don’t care whether they are AP or T series since they are different altogether according to what I’ve read. I will get fit but need a good starting point. HC 14. I usually see 160-165 on the stock 7 iron in current RocketBlades. Would love to get rid of far left fairways. Any suggested irons for trials?

  2. Don't get too caught up in the amount of offset, imo that has very little to do with any left side tendencies. Sounds like you would need a stiff flex with a higher launch, not always an easy combo. If you are having low and left tendencies with decent club speed you are probably hitting a "trap" - out to in with a closed face. AMT black or red or even try the tensei red graphite in a stiff. Ideal trajectory will give you a descent angle between 45-50* with a 7 iron. Get on a monitor and see how much adjusting you need. T200's might be a good option, players profile with slight more offset than T100's.

    Lethbridge,

That is about what I hit with my 7 iron 160 yards. I have used both the AP2's and AP3's. It is not the club that does the trick it is the shaft. I have gone to graphite shafts the Tensi shafts that the Jason or Titleist fitter put me in they work great. I was looking for a more penetrating flight and that is what the shafts provided. Love the look of the T100's and 200's which I am going to get fit for this spring.
