I was fit for these and have never played a better iron. I’m a 10 hcp but grew up playing Wilson Staff and Haig Ultra’s. I hit the CB’s better than the AP2’s for some reason. I have tried every version on AP2 but they all end up on ebay. I’ve also fit for AP1,AP3,PXG-P &T, 0211, but always go back to the 712 CB especially in 8-pw scoring clubs. They are just easier to hit high and easy to control direction. I’ve tried png i500, i 20,25,iE1, i200, & i210. cally Proto Blades, Apex Pro 16, Rogue Pro 18 (I should have kept the Protos) The only set that has been in my bag longer were the png Eye2 set I bought in 1985, traded my Staffs at Hilton Head pro shop.

How do the 620 CB compare to the 712 CB?. Offset about the same? Ball flight. I tried the 714 CB but liked the 712 much better.I hit all the T series and liked the T100 7 iron best. I played a round with the T300 Demo set but brought them back after 9. I didn't hit the new CB that day.

My grooves are wearing out what to do? Can’t seem to find a set of 712’s in better condition than what I have. BTW shafts in CB are KBS Tour 110 Reg. PXG fitting was KBS C-Taper lite 110 and $ Taper 110( played stiffer IMO) AP3 fitting AMT RED S-300 png fitting Modus 3 105S
