  1. I purchased a TS3 from a local shop around July/August of last year. Love the club, but I was playing a round today and it seemed to be making a funny noise. It sounded a little more pingy. Then I started feeling the crown and right above the arrow, there is a little ridge. I follow the line and it is smooth except when it gets right to the ridge. Has anybody had this happen before? My buddies thought the club was made that way but it doesn’t make sense to me the club is smooth and then there is a bump. Maybe I’m wrong, but I feel like it is starting to bubble. I’m going to take it to the shop I got it at, but I don’t have my receipt. Would this still be under warranty? I’m pretty disappointed, but trying to figure out my options.

  3. The same thing happened to me. I had my local club pro who has a Titleist account call in (I purchase the club from him). Customer service told him to get my club head and send in so they could inspect it. They sent me a new club free of charge. I would assume if you called customer service they would help you out.
  4. Thanks guys for the responses. I was freaking out a bit as I have my first tournament of the year this Sunday.

The problem was resolved as I took it to my local golf shop and they replaced the club head free of charge.

Is this a common theme with the TS series?
