T100s Order Status

    Hi guys I was just wondering if you guys were still open making up custom clubs. I ordered a set of T100s 5-p with Kbs tour90 regular shafts and I was wondering if the date quoted to me was actually going to happen, which was the 27 of this month because of everything that is going on. Haven't heard from the shop I ordered from or you guys about this just trying to get an idea.

    Our club assembly in California is currently not operating as there is a statewide stay-at-home order form the CA government. As a golfer, I know exactly how excited your are and itching to get the new sticks. We're equally as eager to get back in the shop and start building, but the timeline is unknown and fluid. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

    so all customize clubs will be delayed indefinitely?? I ordered T400 in Feb and I guess won't expect them in April or May?

    I figured as much Allan thank you so much for getting in touch with me. I was just hoping but no big deal bigger fish to fry stay safe and thank you. I know we haven't even been given an idea as to when our shelter in place will be lifted what about you guys?

    My order for T400's was placed last Monday (3/16) and I was given a date of 4/13. Now, there won't be a date but life happens Unfortunately I sold all my excess clubs, including all iron sets, to a reseller to help subsidize the cost of the new irons. I will be playing my Tin Cup set. I have a putter, a SW and LW, a 5 iron, a fairway, and a driver. Not quite just a 7 iron but will require some creativity. At least walking in solitude, I can use my Sunday bag.

    While I do seriously take social separation seriously, as a break from cabin fever -

    Can we petition the State of CA that the production of at least Titleist golf clubs is an essential business??

    I get it wish I ha them but I currently have snow on the ground anyway and most if not all the courses in my immediate area have closed anyway..

    Allen is there any word on when you guys may get back up and running or if my order will be canceled that is my only concern don't want to have to reorder and have to restart the process all over again when you do reopen?

    Still no timeline I'm afraid. We won't be cancelling any orders unless a customer requests we do so.

    Allan How could I check the status of my order if I ordered it through Dicks. I saw some people have started to receive their clubs that were ordered around the same time as mine was.

    I have a Set of T200’s plus other clubs on order. I had news recently that there’s other locations which assemble clubs for titleist apart from Cali. I guess just being patient is the only thing we can do. My areas lockdown just got extended to June 01. Hopefully my clubs come by late August as I’m going back to the UK.

    Sorry about that Don...I wonder if some sets of T400's have already shipped to some of the on-0nline stores?

    ...At my age...nothing is in my bag that is stock/off the rack besides the putter. Stock sets delivered to online or brick and mortar stores won't solve my problem. Even if they were shipped in volume.

    Wisconsin is next to Illinois, so by next weekend they may close the golf courses as non-essential. Delivery may be a moot point by then.

    Right there with you guys. Ordered T-100s, 5-pw, my lie angle, Nippon shafts (after extensive research), etc.

    They will arrive one day. Hang in there all!

    I researched and then waited to long to pull the trigger and actually buy them because I had them saved in my cart for about two weeks before I decided to buy them.

    Call the Dick’s Sporting Goods location that you ordered from. They will be able to check on your order for you. Same would go if you order from a golf course or other retailer, call the place that you ordered from.

    Unfortunately I did it on my own online through them so there is no actual store to call. I emailed with someone yesterday and they couldn't even find my order so it was funny even when I gave them the order number.

    Can't wait to try the T100S! Guess it will be awhile - everything is shut down in PA.

    We are up and running kinda but I understand why they had to close and I have to wait to receive them as long as I hopefully get them before the end of the season I will be happy. It will be like a christmas present given to myself for the middle to end of the year hopefully.

    Any word on when we will start seeing shipments? I have been waiting on my order.

    All their production (custom and assembly) are closed due to CA Lockdown rules.
    I saw in the news the govenor was contemplating easing the lockdown in the coming weeks, thus if we're lucky orders might be shipped maybe by the end of june/july ? (if the plant gets up and running in early june)
    Also you need to account for the backlog of orders over the time period. I'm waiting on a full set of T200's along with SM8 and U510s
