    Lockdown custom T-MB

    Hi all , i will be asking titleist the question once Scotland goes back to normal Thought id ask the knowledgable TT community freinds while i wait.

    I was tempted last week to custom paint fill my pride and joy T-MB irons. Also considered paint removing the black sole. Think they look gr8 all silver. Ive saw a few pics on here and online.

    Question is ??? Does it void my warranty ? My 6 iron is with titleist at the mo with a cracked face. With everyone shut down im cool with the fact i wont get a replacement soon and ok with that, we are all in the same boat at the mo. But if i had customized my 6 iron would my warranty have been void, leaving me having to buy another??

    Im hopeful, confident, the 6 iron is a one off so not lost confidence in my set but just a wonder thanks in advance everyone.

    Normally the warranty would last a year or the production life of that product. Since the T-MB's are no longer being produced, not sure what would be done besides giving you credits towards new models. I think that would be the same for AP series irons. As soon as their replacement stock runs out, they have nothing to replace with and will not reproduce individual discontinued heads. I'd say at this point, you are right in the middle of that decision point so only you can decide if the risk is worth the new look. They will be cool. If you go with the modification, please post pics of your results.
