  3. Just following up... The replacement club arrived, damaged club on the way back to Titleist, and everything was smooth. Yolanda called (on her own initiative) last week just to provide an update. Totally awesome. Thank you again.
  4. Way to make a point to thank those who go above and beyond, commendable! In my company I work for we look at customer service levels closely and use a tool called RIS to gauge customer feedback. A perfect 10 is when the customer remembers who they worked with by name and remarks positive feedback such as yours. Point is Yolanda should be proud of the job well done and Titleist happy to have such a memorable employee present!
