  1. Need some wedge advice!!!

So I just received my new Titleist T-300 iron set with 1” extensions and currently in the market for wedges. With the T-300 PW being 43, just curious as to what degrees you’d recommend?

I’m thinking 50, 54, 60? Or just go with like a 52 and 60? Also, I have an older wedge I used before at 46 (non extended though) so to save money I could keep that but not too thrilled with that since I’d like to keep all clubs with that 1” extensions due to height and measurements.

If you want to keep that old wedge, just take it to a local golf galaxy, or pga superstore and you can have it extended and bent to match lie angle, and regripped for about $20. It’ll save you money, and you may be finding yourself not even needing it when it comes to being out on the course.

I would go with the T300 48 degree that matches your set and then add 54 and 60 Vokeys one inch longer with the most bounce available. That will give you a full set of the most forgiving clubs Titleist makes. You will have a consistent 6 degrees between clubs. Sounds like a nice set up. Enjoy.
  4. I would agree with Dale and go with a 48 then 52. The gap you would have with a 43 to 50 might be too much.

    48, 54 and either 58 or 60.
