Just ordered my 620 cb July 25th. Ready for them to be in!

@DThomas, I special ordered a set of T300s, they took about 5 weeks to come in.

The fitter told me 3 weeks I hope it doesn't take that long. Was wanting to get a few rounds in before some of the tournaments come up.

Sounds about right as Titleist is having trouble with manufactureres around the globe producing components for the clubs. Trust me when I say they are working their butts off to try and process everyone's orders as fast as possible. But with everythig Covid there are certain aspects thats out of their control as they have to wait for components to arrive. I know everyone wants their clubs fast but understanding and patients is a must during this time.

Got fitted and ordered on June 25, 2020 T-300 Irons, SM8 wedges, TS1-D, TS2-3W and TS2-Hybrid. Received all within 2-3 weeks except the T-300 Irons. I was told the 48 degree (T-300) was back-ordered and accepted an SM8 48 degree instead (which I accepted without any question and received within 5 days). It's now going on 8 weeks and still no T-300 in sight. Irons showing in process (not back-ordered). I was told 4 to 6 weeks turn around time at the fitting however this is too much. I wish I was told about this long delay when I originally ordered. My Pro Shop will try customer service again to get an answer.

Ordered T100 LH June 30th, STILL haven't gotten them.

Trying to cancel the order now, done waiting for them I will get the new mizunos or tms.

Beyond pissed off with the customer service.

Yikes waiting on 100s in LH. Hope the 6 week+ thing isn’t the case .

I ordered my irons on July 12th and supposedly they're to ship on August 20th. I may just go back to miz's and sell the Titlest irons when ever I get them. I understand that COVID has impacted everything. I just wish that I was told a realistic ship date instead of what was on my receipt.

The club fitter called to see where they were at with my clubs and they are in production right now and Titleist said should have them next week. We will see!

Ordered my T100’s RH a few months ago and it took about 4 weeks to come in. Same wait time with a friend of mine who ordered his T100’s LH. Just gotta be patient during these tough times but was it ever worth the wait!

I ordered T100s 4&5, T1006-9 and Vokey 45, 50, 54 and 58 on July 30th. Fed Ex delivered on August 10th.

I got fitted mid-July and put in a full order. I'm also waiting for my new T100 set and it's been about 4+ weeks so far. At the same time, I also ordered a pair of SM8's raw from Vokey Wedgeworks with customizations and got those in just over 2 weeks - speed and quality. And I got the midsize jet black staff bag with a custom logo embroidery with practically no delay. LOVE the wedges and the bag... just dying to get my new T100 set. I admit I was told up front that there are production delays for the T100 so I'm already prepared mentally to wait 2 months. A buddy of mine ordered a custom fitted set from another big brand around late-June and they give no updates at all so it's just endless waiting. In my opinion, I've been impressed with Titleist in the face of adversity because clearly when things are in stock and within their power, it's all on time. I genuinely empathize with production delays that are out of their control when the whole world is catching up from COVID shutdowns. I was originally prepared to buy the MP-20's and even bought a miz staff bag previously (I've sold it since) but I was urged to take a set of T100 to demo on the course, and now I ain't looking back. I for one will absolutely wait it out for my new T100 set, and I sincerely hope you'll all be able to enjoy your new irons soon!

My CBs came in 8/20/2020 took a little over 3 weeks to get them. Stoked to hit them this weekend.

Just ordered a set of custom T100s as well as 3 Vokey SM8. Super excited to put these in the bag. Hope that they arrive before the snow does lol.

They just pushed my order out again for the second time and now scheduled to ship on 9/20.

I am a lefty and I ordered new T200 irons on 6/18. I still have not received them. The club that I placed an order though reached out to Titleist this morning and was just told that LH T200 heads aren't due to come in until early October.

I was originally told that I would have to wait until early August because the shafts (dg x100) and grips that I chose were low in stock. Now I am being told early October because the LH T200 heads won't be in until then.

A 4 month wait time for a new order is ridiculous - especially after being told the delay was for a completely different reason than what it is now. To say that i'm disappointed with how this has all played out would be a huge understatement. I expected better from Titleist.

I ordered a u 500 driving iron & a split iron set between t 100's & 620 MB's. The u 500 & t 100's shipped on 8/30. Waiting on my 620 MB's still. My order was placed on 8/11. Considering I was told my ship date was 9/25 I am happy.

T200 (5 & 6 iron), T100-S (7 - GW). Ordered on 11 July, arrived 2 September. Can’t wait to hit them tomorrow evening.

I just ordered 620 CB's today and was told the current wait for 4-5 weeks.

I was fitted and then special ordered T300's on August 6. I was told the turn around time would be 2-3 weeks which I'm finding is just about the standard response. It has been now been a month without being given any type of status on the golf clubs.

I placed my order for T100S irons on Oct 22, it is Dec 29, still waiting and no update
