Booked my Fitting session near me in CA for the TSi Driver. These spots are filling quick. Cant wait til Nov to find out which Driver is coming next to my bag.

  2. How did you book? I received the email to book early....but when I go online there are no events that come up. Any suggestions?

In the email I received there were 4 options in my “general area” that it had links to schedule for. Look at the bottom of the email you received to see if there are scheduling links for specific Titleist Thursday fitting events.
  4. I had the same issue. No local stores doing a fitting. Maybe it the times will be released at a later date.

My favorite pro shop is a premier fitter and they are scheduling fittings starting in another week. I have a time on 10/16.

    Boooed mine too at Cinnabar.
  7. Hit the TSi clubs the other day and was VERY impressed....better sound/feel, less dispersion and more length....whats not to like!

Anyone know the stock shaft options for the driver? Hoping for a Counter Balanced option. Thanks

Why would you want a counter balanced grip for a driver? All it would do is add to the total weight of the driver, where what you really want is a lighter total weight and a greater swingweight, providing your swing can work with a heavier swingweight. A counter balanced grip will not help you add swing speed, which is the key to longer drives. In a putter there is definitely an advantage to them, but not in any other club.
  12. I think you got this the wrong way round. Swingweight is an approximation to MOI. The larger the MOI the "heavier" the club will be to swing. What can you swing faster, your Driver or an alignment stick? Obviously the alignment stick because it has a lower MOI. Or try to turn the Driver upside down. Grip the Driver just below the head and swing. It will swing faster because the MOI is smaller in this position. Obviously the total weight is the same no matter how you hold it.
There is an optimum weight for each club for a particular golfer for maximising energy created and thereby clubhead speed. This optimum weight depends on the amount of fast twitching muscle relative to slow twitching muscle. You may read more about the physics of golf on www.rational-golf.com

I totally agree; a counter balanced grip would do more harm than good.
  14. Are there going to be any fitting dates/ or Titleist Thursdays in North Carolina?
  15. I cant wait for my fitting shaking the Tsi looks amazing
  16. It sucks cause there’s no Titleist Thursday in Los Angeles

If you didn't get an email to book early, is there anyway to still sign up? Or I just have to wait until the general release whenever that may be? Really need these new TSi's as I am still playing 913s!!!

You won’t believe the difference. Coming from 915 that I can’t get off the tee box.

Got my fitting today. Decided on the TSi3 with the Graphite Design AD IZ shaft. My current driver is the TS3. It was a lot of cash but it felt awesome and my ball speed, carry distance and overall distance went up. The TSi drivers look incredible, sound great and find a way to improve on TS.
