    I recently bought a 818 h1 hybrid. However the shaft was too long at 42”. Will I be able to fit a 913f head on that shaft?

    Are there any differences between the surefit adapters of the hybrids and fairway woods?

    The answer to your second question - yes, since the 913 release, hybrids and fairways have separate adaptors, and both are different from drivers.

    So a 913 fairway won't mate correctly to a hybrid. None of the hybrids are stock at 42 inches (see specs for TS hybrids for length). You may want to consider cutting to length with butt cuts (removing the grip).
