  1. I'm playing old DCI 962B's that are listed at D2 swingweight. I'd like to have progressively higher swingweight from my 9iron (44*) into a Vokey 48* (D3), and 52* (D4), 56* Sand (D5), 60* Lob (D5)

My 9 iron is 44*/35.75", would like to update wedges to a 48.10F Vokey at D3 swingweight, (but would need to shorten from stock 35.75 to 35.5" and assume add weight to head to boost back to D3). A 52.10F (10F ground down from 12F) Vokey at D4 swingweight (would also need to shorten from stock 35.5" to 35.25"). A 54.12D Vokey at D5 swingweight (shortened from stock 35.25 to 35.0") and a stock 60.08M Vokey.

Is this something I could order through Titleist, or would I need to work with a local clubbuilder after buying stock clubs? If so, how?

If I would need to modify stock clubs, how is recommended to add weight to the heads?

Just order from Titleist through a dealer and specify your desired length and swing weight and they will deliver to those specs. Also remember that since you are going 1/4" shorter than their standard spec each wedge will play 1/2 degree flatter so have that adjusted as well if desired. Also there is no rule that dictates going shorter once you get to the wedges- you could simply stay at 37.75 for the 48.10F wedge as well as keep the standard specs of the remaining wedges.
