I’m worried my 716 AP2 may be counterfeit

    Could anybody please tell me if the serial number on 716 AP2’s is etched into the hosel on some iron sets while it’s laser onto others? I bought a set that had never been used on eBay from a reputable seller. They look real and are identical to my buddy’s who’s are definitely real. Only difference is his have the serial number etched in, where as mine are laser on.

    Contact customer service...we are consumers and Titleist loyalists like yourself on this site...www.titleist.com/.../ask-a-question

    * Sometimes, etched in numbers are replacement clubs. Normally normally the number is only on the six iron, unless they are custom orders.......customer service is very good at answering these type questions.....was the seller a Titleist certified dealer?
