Many thanks to Team Titleist concierge Andrew S and TT coordinator Allan B. for taking care of an issue with my TS2 9.5 degree driver in an unbelievably short time. I sent it off to Titleist on a Thursday and a week later had a replacement driver delivered to my club. Kudos to both of you for working to resolve this so quickly. Titleist (and FootJoy) have the best customer service in the industry.
