Didn’t like to see Titleist going the Apple route of removing stuff from the box and not include a wrench this year. I get some people may have a bunch of wrenches but I always sell mine with my previous driver

  2. I got my wrench for my TSIs yesterday, before my driver and 3 wood ship. It was delivered by FedEx, the choice of Acushnet from California and overnighted as I choose that on my woods too. I made my order last Tuesday as well but your mileage may very. My order was for a TSi3 driver and TSi2 3 wood as well.
  3. I received my TSi3 today with no wrench, called up Titleist the rep told me they're not shipping it automatically this year, but will send one if requested. Mine will be in the mail tomorrow...

Got my TS1 Driver from Dick's and got a wrench with it. Club was in stock so maybe that's why. I would not include a wrench with a trade-in if wrench's are not included. Bye the way, the screws are all the same, so any company's wrench will fit any company's club.

For $500 bucks a throw, you'd think they'd throw the wrench in without having to request one.

so you want them to spend money on a wrench so you can sell it lol?
sounds like bad business for them

Wait... my new TSi3 is in my manager’s office right now. So, it means it doesn’t have a torque wrench in it???
    Can we request one?

Team, I had same problem. Received Driver and fairway wood and no tool. Just called Titleist in California and they will be sending one out. So I would recommend to call them.

I had same issue and emailed customer service yet no response. Checked with PGA Super Store and if you purchase directly at the store the wrench is included. TT staff please advise..
  12. I personally did not receive the tool, I have many, and don’t need another, to the people who say it’s 500.00 and no wrench, that’s pretty cheap for the driver mine was north of that due to the tour shaft. That’s like saying my new Ferrari was 467,000 dollars and they didn’t even throw in a mechanic to fill the tank or clean the windshield! Just play golf, there’s people who will never be able to afford the equipment we take for granted! Life is to short to *** about a free throw away tool.
  13. My new concept irons are so nice! Anyone else get a set? Like the hear all your comments.

  14. If you actually need a wrench to go with your driver simply send customer service and email. I get why they did it, as buy now most golfers will have 2-3 wrenches as everything used to come with them, and who needs another wrench. but for those that do not have this they will gladly send you one. EZ peazy.

I guess they figured by now there are enough of them out there. I have about 8 of them.

Most Titleist customers have a number of them laying around the house. You should receive the wrenches from the Titleist account where you purchased the driver, but in some cases you may have to ask for them. Titleist has never shipped me a wrench when I special ordered a new driver or three wood. Not something they normally do. I have my original wrench from my 910 which is the best and has a bag to put it in. Others I have received I have passed on to the purchasers of my old equipment. I always ask the Titleist account for one, because they have them. With respect.

I never keep my old clubs when I get a new one. I much prefer to see my old clubs go back into the field. So unless someone approaches me and says they want to buy my old one, I always donate my clubs to the club pro to set up for one of the juniors who may need something. He can shorten the shaft or do whatever is needed to help grow the game. Anyway - since I don't keep my old clubs, I always send off the book, the bag, and the wrench that came with my driver or fairway wood along with the clubs. This way they can make the adjustments to customize the club to fit them :) As such - I need a new wrench when I get a new club...

I was asked at my Titleist Thursday Fitting if I needed a wrench. I told Brian I do not. I have one for my 915D2 driver.
I right now I plan on keeping my 915D2 for a family member so wasn't concerned to get another one.

Just picked up my new TSI2 today

  21. I think this would be classified as a 1st world problem.
Not only do I have a bunch of wrenches kicking around my house, but I also almost never use them. I changed the lofts on my fairway woods this year after I purchased new hybrids and messed up my gaps between clubs. That being said, once I have been fitted for a club, I don't change the settings. I received my 5 wood last week, set to the specs that Nick had determined best for me. End of story. And no, I did not get a wrench, but I won't be requesting one, either.

This is always an interesting debate about the wrench, if it comes with it or not.

I get that we are spending a lot of money on these clubs and we have become so used to getting these goodies. I am like so many on here, where I have so many wrenches, I don't need them anymore. You can always get a tool from the store, bring your club to the pro shop or a golf store and they can help you adjust it any time. I always remember that Titleist used to provide the wrench only with the drivers and not the fairway woods.

But once the driver is dialed in, how many times does someone adjust their driver?
  23. Good morning. I'm not sure if this is the correct location to post this, but I have been trying to reach Titleist support for a few weeks now about this. I received a TSi3 driver but there was no tool to adjust it. How do I go about getting one of these? I know other tools work, but I don't have any other adjustable clubs and I'd like to get the one that was supposed to come with the club.

    Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

Contact Customer Support. Their info is listed below, the bottom of the website. I believe since many have multiple clubs, the company does not always send a wrench unless specifically requested. You can also ask from a retailer or pro shop if that is where you purchased your club.

    Dale,
Customer Support told me to contact the place I purchased my club & have them contact customer support and send out one. ???

So I went to my course and asked, they gave me one. Don't know if they contacted customer support to replace tat one or not.
