You may want to look at Google reviews or other reviews. It appears to be an authorized dealer but several reviews indicate service is not their forte. They appear to have an actual store in Walnut Creek, CA and if they were selling counterfeits, Titleist would file a suit.

Any particular reason you're ordering from there? Stock is not an issue... if their prices are lower than other sellers, it's probably a scam. Legit retailers have minimum advertised prices they have to adhere too.
  4. They have a shaft that I cannot find anywhere else.
  5. Woods,

I was extremely close to ordering a set off Golfio. At this time, I was also shopping for a driving iron shaft for my TMB. Anyways, I purchased a 2020 Tour Ad 95 shaft from them and it literally took over a month to get to me.

I had to call the shop to remind them that my order was placed. They were pretty nice on the phone and explained to me that they have a sales rep for exotic shafts and that someone must have forgotten to call the rep. To be fair though, I have not seen the 2020 Tour Ad shaft anywhere else but golfio, and I it looks so clean on my club and I am happy with it.

All said, they’re iron customization interface on the web site is clean. If you are going to order irons from them I would just call them a few days after you place your order to expedite the process. IIRC they are a small shop in Cali and do not seem to be a chain.

    Hope this helps.
