Let me preface this with in defense of Titleist, I swing it very, very fast (185-190 ball speed).
I bought a TS3 a month after it came out, the face flattened/cracked 9 months later. When this happened, I bought two more (one as a backup and one for my dad) while they were shipping me a new head. The same issue happened again about 6 months later, so while that head was sent away, I threw in the backup. They said they were out of TS3 9.5, so they sent me TS4, which was not a good fit. My backup TS3 cracked 3 months after that. It is currently in Cali with Titleist. I've had to take my dad's now, who was fine using the TS4. I haven't heard what the replacement will be for this head that's away now, but assuming there is no more TS stock, which is to be expected, and given after last time any talk of a TSi, hoping it would be less conducive to breaking, what is going to happen in terms of replacing my driver?
Im 18 years old. I love the brand. I have owned 15 Titleist drivers, 6 different sets of irons, probably close to 50 wedges, etc. I want to keep playing the products, but if it breaks in the course of normal use, I would like a comparable replacement.
All the best.
