Hey guys, early this spring i was able to get a great deal on a brand new TS2 fw metal. With the addition of the TSi heads and being left handed, a local shop was willing to give me a great price so I opted to get the TS2. Still new to me, considering i was still using a 915 head! Early june i noticed a crack along the face of the ts2!

No worries, took it to the shop who relayed to titleist and within a few weeks a brand new TS2 head has been replaced! No hassle, no problems. Im very pleased with the customer service and happy with the golf club as well. Looking forward to having this one for a few more years! Thanks to everyone who helped this go smoothly!

  2. For the 1st time in my golf career i am highly disappointed in Titleist CS because I had ordered the T100-S irons......and a week after they were delivered, the new model is introduced. All the while, even after asking CS if the "S" line would be updated mid cycle, they told me "NO"

Given all the order delays we encountered, i was highly disappointed in the way CS handled my inquiry. So I have 5 rounds on my clubs and i 100% would have waited for the new model to arrive in the fall. I have been a Titleist FULL BAG player for almost 20 years and moved on from the 712 CB to the T100-S. Three calls to CS and not once did they mention a new "S" coming out......they did however say the T100 woud be updated per the 2 year cycle.

I wouldn't be that disappointed. We already know that with Titleist every 2 years we will have outdated clubs, and from what you say it sounds like you keep your clubs at least 6 or 7 years. Think about those poor souls who are loyal to the other unnamed major brands. They barely get the wrapper off and there's a new model coming out.
Even with Titleist, when the new clubs come out you hear as many stories about significant performance improvement as you do about little to no difference, or even a few where they prefer their old set. I had 714's and when I tried out the 716's I experienced a drop in feel and performance so waited for the 718's. Tried out the T series last year and said no way, keeping the 718's. How would you feel if you waited a few months, and then you didn't get as good a fitting as you had with the current T100-S. I say get out and enjoy the new clubs and don't second guess it.
