TSI3 Driver purchase

    I ordered a TSI3 driver through my club. Upon arrival, no adjustment tool was included. I emailed Titleist Customer Service explaining the omission. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this the best method for receiving the tool? Thanks in advance for any help.

    This is normal now as most TSi orders are replacements for older Titleist drivers which use the same tool. Go back to your club and ask them to contact Titleist. Titleist will then send you an adjustment tool.

    Thanks for the response. I called Customer Service and one is on the way. I am selling my TS3 and the buyer wants the tool that came with it.

    Thanks for the response. I called Customer Service and one is on the way. I am selling my TS3 and the buyer wants the tool that came with it. I am loving the TSI! Maybe 10 yards farther, but shot dispersion is much tighter. Easy to work both ways. I have the Tensei Blue 55G stiff shafts in both clubs, but prefer the 2020 model that came with the TS. Much tighter shot pattern with the switch. Has anyone had the same experience?
