Best advice I can give like many replies you will get is to get fitted. I hear you on the work, life, golf balance. I think you will be surprised as to how forgiving the T100 and T100s are where you can still play those types of irons confidently while not getting out as much as you would like. I have hit the new T100, T100s and T200. They all feel great, are better than the previous version. I play the 620CB and will be going to the T100s as I was able to launch them higher than my CB while being 2 degree stronger loft than my CB and with those stronger lofts picked up some yardage. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the three heads I mentioned but if you are still looking for the buttery feel, lean toward the T100 and T100s. The T200 feels great too.
