  1. Just ordered a new set

Going to blend the two, have to make the t200 weak 2 degrees - do you think it will affect the bounce… ?

Yes it will impact the bounce and do not go just by the listed loft degrees. The irons play differently due to tungsten inserts and overall contraction so you really should hit them as is and adjust if you see big gaps in your results.

It will add 2 degrees of bounce, so yes it will affect it. the real question is if the change in bounce, or the reduced offset, affects your swing or not? Hard to say without being fit into those irons.
  4. the T100-2 an T200 are so naturally set up for blending....i wouldnt change a thing

Yes, looks like the T-100s fits well with the T-200 for combo sets. T-100s is same head as T-100, but with stronger lofts. Pretty seamless to go from the T-200 to the T-100-s when you get to the longer clubs. No adjustments needed. Look at the specs here on the Titleist website and you can see the lofts.

Looking forward to hearing from more TT members who have opted for a blended set.

I was fit for the T200 4-6, T100s in 7-AW, they do fit perfectly together
  8. I was looking into having two 6 irons. T100 and T200...
Then you only have to bend 1 deg to match lofts.. And add 1/4"... Then you have a 5 iron.
Same would go for the 4 iron.

The t200 and t100S are almost identical lofts but I would agree with Dale, it’s the yardage you should be trying to gap not the loft and these two don’t always equate to the same thing.
