  1. Hey all,

Come show off your new T100 irons! I just received mine today along with my Squareback 2, rounding out my Titleist setup. I got mine in the AMT White S300 but may end up with the PX LZ 6.0 shafts that I played in the 620 CB irons.

I went with the stock offering. I'm going to play around a bit with these and see how the shafts work out on course. When I hit them in the store, they were producing good numbers but I may end up going to the PX LZ 6.0 shafts. I've had some really good ball striking with those shafts. I'm coming from the 620 CBs.

Although I am a big AP irons fan, I must say that the new Tseries are the best-looking irons in the market.

  10. I was finally able to get out and give these a go out on the range since having my little girl. Here are a few thoughts.

As far as feel goes, these are better than the prior generation T100 iron. People who hit these will feel they are an improvement. I did like that they felt good even when having a poor strike.

Working through the turf, these clubs have a good interaction from the initial entry to the exit point. There isn't a grind on the leading edge like the CB irons, but they did an incredible job on the sole. I was skeptical because I didn't see any relief. After playing them briefly I can say that the sole design works incredibly well.

The flight I was seeing during my range session was promising. I could work the ball both ways and flight it high or low. For reference, I am using the stock AMT White S300 shafts. I am coming from the Titleist 620 CB irons with the Project X LZ shafts. I was happy to see that I could work my fade again. It was something I struggled with a little bit with the LZ shaft. I was expecting to see the ball flight be quite high, but it wasn't the case.

Forgiveness scored high marks. When hitting the ball higher on the face or towards the toe of the club, forgiveness was present. I would say that these irons provide forgiveness in a small package; that is hard to come by.

I have always wanted to have an iron that gives me the benefit of multiple aspects. I like that I get a good feeling out of a club and have forgiveness. I would say that these irons have really made an impression on me. I'm really looking forward to taking these out on the course soon!
