It is worth trying. They have moved material around, including the max dampener so it is now mostly inside the cavity back. Some will see enough of a difference. The T300 2019 didn't get me as much distance as the T400. I was set to keep the T400 but the 2021 T300 out performed the T400 on short grass. Even with the 2-3 degree loft differences 7 iron vs. 7 iron. The PW in T300 is the same loft as the T400 43, but the sole is much smaller. As well as across other clubs. My course has 4+ inch rough and the T300 glides much better. A new driver won't likely change my handicap, but the irons may slice a couple of points with better results from the rough. If the 7 iron fitting looks like it may give you a strategic advantage over the 2019 version, that will be your decision. Most will find an improvement, some won't and some that do will not see enough advantage to switch.
