  1. Sadly I may need to move away from Titleist irons. Introducing a new product with no availability is not a good business practice. Very disappointed. Ordered day 1 of pre order and not available.

Terry I work at my local golf store here after I retired the first of this year. I feel your dissatisfaction, I deal with customers everyday with the same problem your are having. However I think you’re going to have the same problem with every OEM out there right now, I agree with you on introducing new products into the market and can’t deliver the product and in these times as they are things change from day to day. I just took delivery of my new T300’s yesterday, after waiting a good while. The OEM’s are suffering also, one in particular that I know of, their estimated delivery on some things are next March to May because the country the parts are made in are just about closed down again. I know Titleist is trying hard to get things out asap but so are everyone else. Hope it works out well for you.

What’s baffling to me is some people have mentioned their order date and have received their clubs. They ordered after me, I have no angle adjustments. I’m supposed to be getting them in 2 weeks. But I see people who got them at the start of sept. Not happy but still patiently waiting.

There are component shortages across all golf OEMs. This isn’t a Titleist issue—it’s a global supply chain issue.

You might find irons from a different OEM but you’ll simply be lucky that a certain set of components are currently available.

As an aside, it’s both sad and slightly amusing how many people post here to disparage Titleist concerning this global supply chain problem. My advice is to accept reality and move on from the handwringing.

Terry M makes a valid point, simply delay the introduction and explain the reason why. Loyal Titleist players will accept your position.
  6. I also ordered day of pre order. I’m sure titleist would like to maintain good customer service. However If it’s out of their control you can’t really blame them. People have been receiving their orders, I’m want to get my hands on them as Much as you do it is what it is. Good luck mate
  7. Sadly I have to agree. I ordered on 7/29, with an estimated shipping date that was confirmed of 8/31. After that date passed I checked with PGA Superstore who contacted Titleist and was provided with a new date of 10/14. If they don't hit that date I'm canceling. I'll try miz next year. I understand the supply chain issues that currently exist, but they shouldn't have brought new clubs to market if they couldn't deliver.

Cmon man, I am in the same boat. You actually think titleist is the only company in the business with this problem right now? Theres even a chicken wing shortage out there! Its a crazy world out there and I wouldn't expect it to get better anytime soon! I hope you get your clubs soon, I hope I get mine soon as well.
  9. Supply chain is understandable, but was known before release dates were posted. Don’t promise when you know you already can’t deliver. Point is moot however. cally delivered in 6 days with the shaft I wanted and to my specs. Different boat I guess. They had the same problem with the TS driver 2 1/2 years ago.
