New mixed T200/300 set arrived

    My new set just arrived and surprising it took 4 weeks only. I was worried about it taking months to arrive after reading all the comments in this forum. Also the current global logistic problem didn’t help

    My new set consist of T300 for 6 and 7 irons and T200 for 8 to W Will be playing with it for a while before I go back to my club fitter to make the gap adjustments.

    The biggest gap issue will be between T300 7 iron with 29 degrees but the T200 8 iron loft is 35, a 6 degree difference when it should be 4 degrees.

    With my old T300, I hit the 7 iron 160 yards total distance and the 8 iron 150 yards. The old T300 8 iron loft is 33 degrees. Don’t think I will get 150 yards with the T200 8 iron.

    With my handicap I am probably more suited to T300 but I like the new T200 looks so much that for once, I will adapt myself to the new clubs somehow

    Maybe it’s just the camera angle but the P and W looks super lofted from the back? Could you post some pics of the shorter irons?

    Unfortunately I can’t seem to post pics. But the lofts are 43 and 48 respectively so quite standard.

    Having played 3 rounds, the clubs are great - it sounds great on impact for the T200.
    However when I use the T300, it does not sound so great but of course this is compared to T200. I’m sure if I used T300 full set, i will not feel that the sound is not so great.

    However I do have one issue with the T200. The back part feels kind of like cheap plastic and when the clubs knock against each other in the bag, the back plate gets scuffed.

    Unfortunately I can’t seem to post pictures but I hope Titleist can really look into this. I,don’t really want to use iron covers. For now I put some tape to cover the are likely to scuffed.

    Not what I expect where quality is concerned.
